What we do

 

Machining

  • CNC Drilling Machines with capabilities of up to 10’ in diameter and 12” hole depth

  • Vertical boring:

  • Horizontal boring mill with facing capabilities

Cutting

  • Water jet Cutting Heads with the ability to cut up to 12” in thickness

Welding

All of our welders are subject to Welder, Welding Operator, and Tack Welders performance qualification tests pursuant to the Alberta Pressure Welders Regulations and ASME Section IX.

Alberta Exchanger Ltd. has a vast number of welding procedure specifications qualified to the requirements of the ASME BPV Code, in order to respond quickly to emergency customer needs. Should a new weld procedure be required for a tight deadline, Alberta Exchanger Ltd., in alliance with their partners is able to meet the need quickly.
